Give us 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to review your request and get back to you. Many times we’ll ship out your replacement items immediately. In some cases, we may need your credit card information again to bill shipping charges or any difference in costs for your new products. For added security we do not keep any of your credit card information on file.

• Orders received after 12:00pm PST will be processed the next business day
