I placed an order, it didn’t go through, but it’s showing up on my online statement as being charged hella times.
This is a temporary hold on your credit card placed by your bank/credit card company. We have contacted your bank/credit card company. They will remove the hold in 3-5 business days. Your order will not be captured, charged, or processed. Don’t trip. We do not have your money.
I placed an order Friday night and paid for overnight shipping. It’s Saturday, where’s my order?
As much as we’d love to be working 24/7, we do have to go home [sometimes]. We ship Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) from 9AM – 5PM PST. Any orders placed after one o’clock will go out the next business day. FedEx does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
In most cases we ship within one business day of receiving your order. However, sometimes we get slammed with an insane amount of orders and it may take a few days to get it out. This usually happens when we launch a new season, announce a promotion, or release a new product. Please be patient as we always ship as fast as possible.
I just ordered like 10-seconds ago, can I add/remove a product(s)? Can I cancel it?
Immediately after your order is placed, we begin to process it. During this time we are unable to modify or cancel your order. You can return your order for an exchange.

My friend bought me some REBEL8 from one of your stockists but I need a different size. Can I exchange it with you?
No. We can only handle exchanges on items bought at REBEL8.com. Our stockists are good people. They should be able to take great care of you.
I forgot to enter a discount code when checking out. Can I still get the discount?
Nope. Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied. If you forget to enter a code, you don’t get a discount.
I didn’t know you were having a promotion. I just made an order yesterday! Can I still get the discount?
No. Most of our promotions are announced via Twitter, Facebook, our blog, or our newsletter. Make sure you follow us, like us, and check the website frequently.
You’re all out of X! When are you gonna make more?
Probably never. While we occasionally bring back a design, this is generally not the case. When it’s gone, it’s gone. Don’t sleep!
Can I get some free stickers?
No, but you can buy some in our online shop. We try to include free stickers with every order.
Can you tell me who your screenprinter is? Can you put me in touch with the people who make your hats?
We apologize but we can’t give out any of this information. Our vendors have kindly requested that we stop referring new customers to them. If you need help, peep Alibaba.com.
