Happy Halloween 8er’s!

In celebration of All Hallows Eve as a time of the wandering dead, I thought I would dig up some old Halloween photos of my past costumes. Enjoy!

I went camping with some of my very old and very dear friends. Please note the cooler in the picture below. It holds 120 beers, plus ice. That is what’s up.

Took a ferry from SF straight to Angel Island.

The 3-mile hike from the dock to this camp site was painful. The weight from the beers alone was crippling. However, when I stood here and saw the beauty of the Bay and cracked open a delicious, ice cold Bud Light, it was all worth it.

We only stayed on the Island for 24-hours losing our minds, finding ourselves again, and then choosing another drug to take us once again away.

All while taking in this breathtaking view of my City, my home, my San Francisco.

Since I got back from LA for “The Big Takeover” I’ve been moving. I had two studio apartments in the Tenderloin neighborhood of San Francisco and I moved into a one bedroom apartment near Golden Gate Park. It was a lot of work moving all my stuff, but with diligence and the help of some good friends I got it done. I didn’t have a place to draw during the move, so it felt great to get my art table set up up the new place so I could get back into the groove.

I stopped by the REBEL8 warehouse this afternoon to drop off a drawing and check in with Joshy. While I was there I had him photograph my chest so you could see how my re-done heart tattoo by Jeff Rassier came out. I got it finished yesterday.

And you know that shit hurt! But it was worth it. I love what Jeff was able to do with it. He’s done some amazing cover-ups on my friends and now he’s done the same for me. Thanks, Jeff.

After my warehouse visit this afternoon, I met my old friend Tim here for a session at the skatepark.

He’s an old friend from the graffiti and tattoo scenes. And as it turns out, we both love to skate as well. He promised to take me to some backyard pools! More on that at a later date.

Last week I went out to Oakland for the Mariachi El Bronx/Foo Fighters concert.

Mariachi El Bronx were so good! This is a band that is truly doing something completely different than anyone else out there right now. Check em out!

Hella fools.

This was the first time I’ve ever seen Foo Fighters. They put on an awesome live show as well. Always been a fan of everything Dave Grohl has done.

Went to see Hatebreed recently. They put on an amazing show. Big ups to them for supporting REBEL8!

Their tour just started so be sure to check them out at a venue near you.

The afterparty was just above The Warfield in a private club called The Hydrilla. Dougernaut DJed. Giant is throwing a party there in a few weeks. I think it’s called 620 (as in 620 free beers).  Hope to see you there.

The other day I was shopping Barney’s downtown like us 1%ers do, and I nearly spilled my vanilla soy latte when I heard such a racket from these hippies calling themselves the 99-percent.

I snapped some shots. Personally, I know I’m a commodity. Market the shit outta me. Please.

I’d say the end is near. But where there is an end, there is always a beginning. So we’re both right ranga!

People starting pointing at me, chanting, “You are the 99%.” So I joined their parade and made it all the way to City Hall.

And then I saw this freak.

Tried listening to the speeches, but decided to legalize it instead.

Stared at the cement for awhile. Stoner.

And then I said peace out to the 99% and fucked up some Buffalo wings with my homie Bruno.
